There is a 50% deposit that is required for ALL Orders before we can add you to our cake calendar and begin working on your cake, which is NON-Refundable if you cancel within 1 week of the date that the cake is to be delivered for birthday and Party cakes and 1 month for wedding cakes.  We will be happy to put your deposit towards another cake in the future if you cancel with the NON-Refundable period.  Thank you for understanding~ Cakes By Ali

 

A minimum $25 charge is incurred for all deliveries in and around the Jacksonville area.   We are located on the Northside, so some areas of the city may incur a higher fee.  Please inquire about all other cities and areas for delivery such as Daytona and Palm Coast.   

 

Delivery is available Tuesday-Saturday depending upon the schedule and is an additional charge to the cake.  The fees are calculated by mileage traveled but nothing over 60 miles PLEASE!

 

While it is generally NOT a problem for clients to transport smaller cakes, self transporting ANY cake is AT YOUR OWN RISK!  We are not responsible for any damage that may occur once the cake has left our location.  PLEASE NOTE: We do live in Florida which is a HOT and HUMID state.  If you are planning on having an outside event be advised that both Fondant and buttercream do melt in the hot weather so please do NOT display your cake outside or leave it out Unless you have a refrigerator nearby to keep it cool until you are ready to cut it.
